All of our shipping is via the Hong Kong Postal Services using Standard shipping rates.
Orders are filled Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM
We DO NOT offer express shipping
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes
* YES ! We DO ship internationally
Because of the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a product that is damaged, or you believe to be defective, please refuse the package and send
us a note at info@alizc.com. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, order number,
and a description of the damage.
